A gentler entrance
Bloom fades your signal in over up to five seconds. Swell the whole signal, or keep the picked attack and let only the reverb drift in.
SWELL REVERB + OCTAVE SHIMMER
Strike a chord. Watch the shoreline disappear. Bloom into space, send Pearl glimmering above the surface, and let Undertow draw an octave beneath it. Ten starting sounds, a little Drift, and a Dive switch for when the water gets deep.

Space, Decay and Tone shape the reverb tank. Drift sends a little slow movement through the tail. No swimming lessons required.
Pearl adds an upper-octave glimmer; Undertow brings a filtered lower octave beneath the wet reverb. Switch them independently or invite both into the same tide.
Hold sustains the current tail while new dry notes can keep playing. Dive momentarily makes the space larger, darker, longer and wetter; Expression gives you the same journey under continuous control.
Take a first dip with ten factory sounds. The full-shell display follows the swell, tail and brightness, with separate octave contours. Hover help and the verdigris settings panel keep your bearings close.

A FEW PLACES TO START
Place Nautilus after your amp and cabinet sound. Sustain a chord with Bloom around two seconds, then leave the tail a little room to breathe.
Choose Wet Only to keep the dry attack while the reverb swells behind it. Try it on a sparse guitar or electric piano part.
Catch a tail with Hold, keep Mix below 100%, then play a new phrase over the sustained space. Release Hold when you are ready to resurface.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Only metaphorically. Start after your amp/cabinet simulation, sustain a chord, and let Bloom open up. For an immediate entrance, turn Bloom fully down to OFF.
Hold sustains the current wet tail and stops new notes entering the tank. With Mix below 100%, your new dry playing stays audible. The ocean is on hold; you are not.
The space grows larger, darker, longer and wetter while Dive is held. Expression moves through the same change continuously. Use your DAW controller mapping to assign it.
Absolutely. Set Mix to 100% on a return and let your send level do the paddling.
Yes. The upper and lower octave voices are independent and can run together. Both colour the wet space; your dry playing keeps its own shoreline.
