The Rayform shop is currently pre-release and checkout is closed. No payment is taken when you add a plugin to the cart.

Purchases processed by Paddle

Refund eligibility for a Paddle transaction follows Paddle’s Refund Policy, its Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer rights. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and location; this page does not promise a universal refund period or remove mandatory rights.

How to request help

For a payment or refund request, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Have the purchase email, product, and order reference ready. Do not provide full payment-card details.

A plugin isn’t working?

Start with the Rayform Help Desk so we can investigate. Include the plugin build, operating system, DAW version, and what happened. If a material problem remains unresolved, Paddle can review the transaction under its policy and applicable law.
